Pampered Pets was started by Shannon Heard, a graduate of the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.   After working several years in the field of dentistry, she decided to follow her heart to her true love - animals.

Shannon is an active supporter of The Humane Society of Charlotte, and adopted her dog, Cassie, from them in 2004.

Travel and long work days often leave pet owners with few alternatives. Pampered Pets is the answer!   Shannon, or one of her pet sitters, will visit your home as often as necessary, giving your pets the love and attention they need.
